To enroll in this course, applicants are required to pass the entrance examination. Around 6 students annually enroll in the doctoral course.
Each doctoral student is requested to take a core seminar, the advanced seminar for doctoral students (4 units), and also to complete 6 units of the advanced research program in their specialized areas. Each candidate for the doctoral degree must present a doctoral thesis and pass the Oral Qualifying Examination, which normally takes three years to complete.
